The HEARTH Implementation Clinic is designed for Continuum of Care Leaders, Ten Year Plan Coordinators, Emergency Shelter Grant and HPRP Administrators, Major Funders of Homelessness Assistance, Major Providers of Homelessness Assistance, Local TA Providers or Consultants who are involved in Planning and Implementation, HMIS Administrators. This session will focus on the needs of communities in WA and the specific systems changes needed in each community to implement the HEARTH Act.

SOAR – A 1.5 Day Training Curriculum for Case Managers Assisting Adults who are Homeless with Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income Applications
Attendees of the SOAR session spend 1.5 days of the Conference attending this training and select from the schedule sessions for the remainder of the Conference.
