Our Outreach and Assistance program provides services, information and referrals that individuals and families can use to improve their lives. We help people meet basic needs, including assistance with food, shelter and/or housing, heat transportation and health care. Opportunities are available for people of all ages to learn new skills, maximize their potential and develop goals toward greater self-sufficiency.
